Photographs showing highlights from the Hebrides and Stonehenge stone circles and scenes from the Lakes District will be on show at Gallery 40 on 9 Piper St from Thursday 26 to Sunday 29 January and Saturday 4 to Monday 6 February.
These locations feature two of the most famous stone circles and weave a magic for those of us interested in the mysterious stone patterns. There are also photos of the ancient 5000 year old village of Skara Brae on the Orkney islands. And striking landscapes taken of the Vestmanna Sea Cliffs in the Faroes islands.
The lakes district in Cumbria in Britain has its special beauty with its lakes and white swans and extraordinary green hills with stone houses. How many shades of green can there be in these vibrant landscapes?
Come along to see these interesting photos as well as cards, glass jewellery and special glass pieces for sale and made by Margaret Chandra.
Hours are 11 to 4 at 9 Piper St, Kyneton. Entry is free.
Hope to see you soon!
